About this proof of concept

Price declines ranks one-year price changes; a price drop alone does not establish that a company is unhealthy. This small, curated POC is not a top-100 market-cap ranking.

Insider buys/sales use reported open-market Form 4 transactions for the 10 US companies in this sample over the last 90 days. They are not a complete measure of what investors are buying or selling, and EU coverage is not included.

Only daily prices are requested from Twelve Data to keep refresh usage to at most 20 price-history requests. Fundamental statistics (P/E, dividend yield, quality scoring) require a higher-tier endpoint and are not part of this free-tier POC. Data providers: Twelve Data and SEC EDGAR.
